SALMON BAGEL

INGREDIENTS
- 100 g of Milkaut Profesional Crematto
- 150 g of smoked salmon/gravlax
- 1 tbsp. of capers
- 1 bagel with seeds
- fresh dill as needed
MILKAUT SOLUTIONS
PROCESS
Cut the bagel crosswise and spread Milkaut Profesional Crematto on each half. Top with the salmon, dill and capers.
